Mascareignes Realty Invest Ltd develops a defined and curated number of ultra-luxury residences on the northern and western coasts of Mauritius. That constraint is deliberate: it keeps quality control close, and it lets each residence be designed for its own site rather than repeated across several.
Every residence is delivered turnkey, with bespoke furniture and interiors designed for the building they sit in — not selected from a catalogue.
